Hi, I'm Mark Palmer.

I have spent the last 25+ years of my career helping great organizations find clarity in vision, financial stability, sustainability and growth. I have been right there in the trenches at both large and smaller organizations, just like you.

I have stewarded the completion of two successful CAPITAL CAMPAIGNS.
I instituted Strategic Planning systems that lead to GROWTH, LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY and CLARITY in MISSION and VISION.
I helped organizations achieve FISCAL ACCOUNTABILITY.
I focused on expansion and growth of ENDOWMENTS.

It has always been my goal to spend the second half of my career passing the lessons I have learned on to the next generation of leaders. I want to help you and your agency grow, reach your goals and work toward long-term stability and sustainability.

Educational Background

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Iowa State University, but have spent a lifetime learning, expanding my network and seeking out new experiences. That’s more than 25 years of learning on the job, formal continuing education and work with mentors, peers and coaches from across the globe.

I firmly believe that successful leaders should continue to enhance their skills and that learning should never stop. As a leader, when you stop seeking out new opportunities for growth, you are not the only one who suffers from stagnation. It can impact the entire organization – from leadership on down.
