Strategic Planning means a lot of things to a lot of different people. 

When I talk about strategic planning, I am talking about the strategic vision of your organization and the direction you are headed.  

As non-profit professionals and leaders, we spend so much time dwelling in and working through the day-to-day needs of our mission, it can be challenging to step away and really focus on the high level needs of the organization.
